A facilitated exploration of the role religion has played in the conflict in Northern Ireland.

The Silent Victims of Conflict

An exploration of what the status victim really means and how it affects people on a personal level, Just who are the vicitims.

Overcoming barriers to the future

A look at what barriers still exist in our communities that can stop us growing through peace. How can we bring our community to the next step.

Healing from the inside – out

Two facilitated workshop type discussions on taking responsibility for moving yourself on from the legacy of the troubles, learning to forgive yourself and being free to move forward.

Life change through the option for peace

We invited two ladies to come and share their stories one from a Republican baclground in Donegal the other a Loyalist in East Belfast. Both have made a conscious choice to make the move to a peaceful future and are now both working in their communities towards inclusion and a future without sectarianism.

Changing attitudes-changing communities

This discussion took place over three sessions and looked at our own attitudes, the way we form opinion, prejudice etc.

Celebrating my difference

As the group had been together quite a while and now know each other reasonably well we had a discussion on the different groups and associations they are involved in, each member spoke of the group or groups and explained why they were members and what it meant to them,

Planning for a new Day

As we finished out first two years together we looked at ways we could bring the learning from the group out into our community.

Living in Post Cease-fire Ireland, what has really changed ?

An opportunity to stop and reflect on what really has changed since the ceasefire, How or if it has had any impact on the day to day living of the normal person. 

Bands in our Community

We met with the local bands in Brookeborough and heard how they came to be, their religious and political views, their views on their place in the community etc. All the local bands were present.

Flags and Emblems in Post Cease-fire Ireland

A facilitated exploration of the effects of Flags, Emblems, Banners etc on life today.
